Faculty development is a high priority at Litsom. We search continually for ways to send promising members for further study at home and abroad. At present we have no permanent contact with any specific organization, church or seminary abroad nor do we have special funds for faculty development. Therefore, we warmly welcome help from any institution or scholarship foundation.
