Litsom has a conviction that God’s call for His master plan of salvation is not confined to spiritual needs alone. His overall and eternal plan is also to set people free from all sorts of darkness, to give them life in its fullness with His blessings and power to become the children of God, the agents of the light in this world and the labourers in establishing the kingdom of God here on earth until the fullness of God’s will is done. With this conviction, Litsom has these objectives:
1. To bring forth God's ministers fully accomplished and dedicated to God for His ministry among the Lisu people and others.
2. To train people in the profound and ever growing knowledge of God, for the spread of the good news.
3. To equip ministers and missionaries with the power of The Holy Spirit, the wisdom of God, and the skill of ministering.
