Vinegar

1 Tablespoon

 

Bicarbonate of Soda

1 Teaspoon

Method

Mix the dry ingredients together.

Whisk the egg; add the Bicarbonate of Soda and vinegar to the egg. Add to the dry mixture.

 Mix and roll the dough to the thickness you want.

 Cook on greased trays and cook at 180o C for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.

Take them off the trays while they are still warm or they seem to stick.

This makes 20 biscuits.
